Paying Dues with a Gift Card

I was able to get 2 just before the deal ended! I tried at 9:47 and wasn’t able to, but I got one through at 9:49 and the other at 9:58.

The emails with the gift cards have come through. I ended up with $200 worth but paid $180. I wish I had been ordering them all week, but at least I saved what I did.
Nice! We were able to get $950 worth of the cards though BB. Each night my wife and I would log on after the 24 hour mark had passed from out last purchase. We would each buy two (except for the night I jumped the gun and was rejected for the next 24 hour window). It took us a total of 10 minutes each night and saved almost $100. Not bad! Every little bit helps :-)

Don't forget to account for the Best Buy reward points. 3rd party gift cards are eligible for them and your $950 spent is worth almost an additional $10 in Best Buy rewards. Unfortunately you can no longer use it on 3rd party gift cards, but you can pick yourself up an extra charging cable or something for the trip.

Yep, I picked up a few Kasa smart switches from last time. I'm not sure what to use the reward cash for this time though. It will be a lot more I'm guessing than last time.

We pre-buy souvenirs. So we might pick up a plus Baby Yoda (I refuse to use Grogu, go ahead fight me!) or some of the frozen figures. Pack them, then give it to them when we're there.....we're cheap.

Yes! Good point...I forgot all about the BB points. I will be able to get a little value added something or other on top of the savings. That’s a nice cherry on top!

Hello! I purchased 2 eGift disney cards from Sam's Club. One does not appear to be valid as I can't use it on DVC or disneygiftcard.com. I've triple checked the numbers. Anyone else encounter this and any suggestions on what I should do?

Thanks!

PSA:

Raise.com has a new member discount code for 15% off. Code is: 15PERCENT for a maximum of $20 off.
If you're already a member you will need to use a new email, phone number, and credit card for a new account setup. VOIP/Internet based numbers won't work.

Note that discounted gift cards will not work with the promo code.
So when searching for Disney Gift Cards search for 0% discount ones.

Option 1: Buy a $200 gift card for $20 off = 10% discount.
Option 2: Buy a 3x $50 gift cards for $20 off = $13.3% discount.
Option 3: Buy 2x $50 gift cards for $15 off = $15% discount.

For less than $100 in gift cards use promo code: 10RAISEAF for $10 off $50+.
Same rules apply and you'll get 20% off a $50 gift card.

This will stack with Rakuten for an additional ~1% cash back depending on your targeted promos.

My 50 dollar order for 40 was cancelled actually. I only have 68 left in dues for the year and that’s all I need. Not sure why it got cancelled. I tried with my wife’s info also and that also got cancelled.

Signed up for raise and ordered. Then I went back in and signed up for texts which gave me another order of $10 off $100.

I have a Discover It credit card and the 5% cashback bonus for April-June is Gas Stations and Target.

The last quarter of 2021 included Target, and I was able to get 5% cash back on the Disney gift cards I bought on Target.com. I am presuming this will work the same in this next quarter. I did a $25 Disney e-gift card purchase and watched for the 5% cash back, and after that hit, I purchased a $500 e-gift card and got the 5% on that as well. I believe the limit is $75 in bonus cash back per quarter.

Isn't the "REDcard" normal discount 5% so basically the same thing? Is there a way to stack?

I just noticed it looked like Sams Club had a "Price Mistake" around midnight on $50 gift cards for $25.50
Anyone catch this deal?

yes! there are some on budget board that found it. alas, I don't have sam's and didn't want to borrow one.

Yes, the RedCard discount is 5% and I believe it takes the discount off the total at the point of sale. The Discover one, you pay in full and get the cash back on the statement. I do not currently have a RedCard.

I do not believe these are stackable, because to get the discount/cash back, you have to use the card for the purchase.

If you have a Chase credit card, there is a 10% back on a BJ's spend offer.
If you don't have a BJ membership you can grab a one day trial pass at https://www.bjs.com/membershipEnroll

The $100 gift cards are already discounted by 3% to $96.99. Add on the 10% offer and you're looking at $87.29 for a $100 gift card - or 12.7% discount, plus your respective credit card bonuses and rewards.

This was available on all 3 of our chase credit cards.

Edit: *Max of $10 back

Thanks! Just got my $500 GC for less and put it on my Chase...so this will work out nicely to cover the new 2022 MF's I will get when I add on my new VGF points!!!

The fine print on the BJs Chase offer limits the cash back to 10% up to $10.
Also a Chase Shop Disney offer for 10% up to $5
