Paying Dues with a Gift Card

Did the personal card have a different billing address? Or is just the address you used on the account different?

Work email, work address, work phone number. "Ship" to work address. Paid for it with personal card with personal billing address, used work phone number.

When I created the business account I was given the option to use an existing account and convert to business or create new. I chose create new.

I ordered 3 at the same time with a Business account that I just created and it got cancelled with the same limits reason. I just reordered with 1 and now its stuck in the Order Received status. I'll leave it like this and see what happens.

That's strange. Different business address, email, and a credit card you didn't use for another gift card purchase?

So then it sounds like the variable is whether Bob or Susan is processing the order...

We used to see this with United. Occasionally their flights would have the same cash values but different point redemption values. If we booked an equal cash value flight but with different point value redemptions, we'd get to change our flight to the "equivalent" flight if we called on a weekend and got the oversees help desk for no additional cost. But if we did the same during the weekday, we'd get a US based help desk and there would be an additional fee.

The world is weird sometimes...

Will only let me order 2 today. I bought one yesterday not knowing you can get more than one... doh. They said I have reached my limit at 2 cards. Thanks, though, to everyone for the heads up! 10% on $50 is better than 5% using my target red card.

The limit is still reached on the business account but regardless..... THANK YOU for the heads up!!

Nothing but issues. Said it was a verification issue today on my account but my sons went through. Up to 4 each on 3 of my accounts (2 boys and me) my wife has gotten 3 and my in laws are at 2-3 each. Pulling in all the resources and I’m still not even paid through May!

All my personal accounts stopped at card #10. There seems to be a $250 total purchase limit - probably set for fraud reasons.

Still waiting to see if that applies to a business account. The daily limit also seems be an order limit, not a total card limit. I was able to place (2) Orders for (3) cards per order on the business account.

My wife and I have now been getting these through Best Buy for the last week. We each get two at a time (via ordering one at a time), since she also has a BB account. Once 24 hours expires since your last purchase you can order another two. But make sure you don’t do it before 24 hours. That happened to me one day and I got the pop up on the website telling me I couldn’t order because I was at my limit. Then after the 24 hours expired I tried it again and it went through, but then was auto canceled. I kept trying and each one was auto canceled. I’m pretty sure they were auto cancelling and not allowing me to order because my initial attempt was before the 24 hour mark. My wife had more patience and waited until after the 24 hour mark and she had no issues. The next day I made sure to wait longer and it worked fine. We have ordered 20 at this point for our trip coming up next month!

I ordered my first two for this discount at 9:48 and 9:55 Pacific time last night. I hope it doesn’t expire at midnight eastern. It looks like maybe Central time based on the count down - which would be 10p Pacific. It will be cutting it super close for me to get another two cards.
I wish I had seen this earlier in the week!
