Passed ROFR - OKW

We also received a call tonight from **** (A Timeshare Broker) that we passed ROFR. Details are 150 OKW points with 150 points banked from 2003. Price is $69 per point and we are reimbursing 2004 maintenance fees and paying closing costs. Seller pays transfer fee.

We currently own OKW points with an October use year and wanted more points. This new contract is September use year, so I hope I won't have too much trouble keeping track of two different use years.

Good deal! We have a similar situation. 2 contracts at OKW for 200 and 230 points, with an October and September use year respectively.

As far as managing the contracts, I do it very simply...I keep a running tally on a piece of paper in my DVC book. One line for each entry, so it ends up looking something like this:

200 October 1, 2004
122 trip Nov 3-8 2004, res #XXXXXXX, spoke with Susan
___
78 banked into 2005 on 12/1/04 BK#xxxxxxx spoke with Bill

and so on. It's simple, and it works for me!
