Disney ponchos are white so they go with any scrapbook paper.

Me tooooo!! I just really liked the new battlestar galactica and he was fantastic in it. I'm pretty sure this would be my only chance to ever "meet" him.

I have held off buying any ponchos for this trip. Seriously...go clear people. Go clear ponchos!!

I think I'm going to secretly coordinate my outfits with DBF. I won't let me him know I'm choosing my shirts to coordinate, but I think it's doable. I'll demand he show me what he's taking (for weather purposes, right?) and then pick my clothes based on that. No orange and red this time. I get a headache just looking at those pictures.

So back in August DH and I signed up for the SWA 50k rewards credit card. He got it and all I got was info that I was a victim of Identity Fraud! I called and got it "fixed" but it would take over 2 months to get this stuff cleared off my credit report by which then CC offer had expired.

A few weeks ago he received his card and I received an special email offer after this promotion ended to sign up for this card again. I still had to wait a month before I tried again, but the offer had no expiration date. Long story short today I re-applied and I got it!! We're flying to WDW for free including our luggage!!

Now all I have to do is pay off the remaining balance on my vacation, and start looking for stuff to bring in my FREE extra luggage designated for window Christmas decorations.. LOL!!! Don't-cha just love bags fly free!!!

That is awesome! I have a few things packed in our big checked bag already. Lights, Minnie Santa hat, etc.....I still need to pick up a wreath and I was going I order a 3' tree. From Walmart but will also check locally. I love bags fly free(haven't gotten our airfare yet but will soon). Southwest is usually the best deal for us here in StL

Hello all! I just added a solo trip for myself for November 29-December 4th I'm staying at POP and can't wait to be back during the Holidays. I was there the first week of November in 2010 just as all of the holiday festivities started and went to the first MVMCP of the season (and my first time ever!) and saw Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, which I loved! I'm trying to book a CP dinner package this year, will see Osborne again, and I'm doing MVMCP on 12/2.

It must be an amazing experience, almost cleansing if you get what I mean

So what ADRs do you have planned - we're kinda of obsessed with Disney food round these parts. If ever you feel lonely here, just mention 'cupcakes' and suddenly the whole roll-call turns up

Maybe I will try calling and asking for a manager. The thing is that there are lots of black out days and flights for mileage plus members so even if I found an earlier flight I doubt I could get it. We are lucky that this is a nonstop flight but I remember last time- waiting for luggage, waiting for the bus and then waiting for the bus to fill up- I am Grumpy just thinking about it. But wondering if at that time of night it will be the same. My husband does not want to do only carry on luggage which makes things so much faster. I say that if the weather is warm(light clothes) combined with the washer and dryer in the room we can do it.

Today my husband and I were talking about taking a cab ($55) from the airport to AKL.

It is kind of cleansing. I love traveling with people too, and there is a very small chance a friend may join me for part of the trip, but when you go solo you can do whatever you want, when you want, and not listen to anyone complain! That tends to cut down on some of the stress and make the trip what you want it to be!

I don't have any ADRs planned. I got the FD with QS since I'm at POP and I think I will stick to CS this time to keep everything flexible. If my friend decides to join me though I may make 1 or 2.

Love it love it love it! I'm soooo relieved I'm not the only one thinking like this. I mentioned it to my mom today and she had a puzzled look on her face. Once she's there she'll totally get it. LoL!

I love DME. But if you're coming in late you have to pick up your own luggage anyway which is half the point of DME. I can't see the buses being too crowded late at night. However, if they only have, say, one bus for all the resorts that could suck. We did a cab the last trip because we stayed at Dolphin. I'll admit, it was super easy.
