In the magical place we know as Walt Disney World... we see characters who change or morph from one form to another. Name the Attraction, the Character and what they morph into.

Okay, I'll start. Fantasmic, Maleficent morphs into the dragon. There's also that montage where the villians morph into other villians, but I can't remember which one starts it.

The only one I can think of right off the bat is that birdy thing in muppet vision...he morphed into Mickey....

Sorry to be so slow in confirming answers. And yes, the entrance to Epcot was moved upon the discovery of a nesting
endangered red-cockaded woodpecker? So AAQ cards to MBabe (hey, she knew it was a birdy thingy) and MCMom for knowing it was a woodpecker!!!

And the HM has pictures that morph in the circular room as well as in the attraction itself.

Ariel morphs from a mermaid to a human in VOTLM.

The evil queen morphs into an evil witch in the Not So Scary Adventures of Snow White.

The Beast morphs into a prince in the BatB stage show at MGM.
