i've been looking at the menus for CS for kids meals. We're doing the DDP and are to order off the kids menu. the issue is that it seems like it's the same fare at every place - hot dogs, chicken nuggets, PB&J and hamburgers. while my kids will happily eat nothing more than this, i'd love to see them eat a veggie or two during their stay.

anyone have good counter service recommendations for kids that might have more variety. the land maybe? how about other parks?

At some places, I know you can get carrots instead of fries and I know dd had grapes, I just can't remember where! We did stop at the fruit markets a lot. There is one in Toon Town, one in Africa at AK, one at MGM by ToT and not sure where the one at Epcot is, but I know it's there.

My daughter loved Tusker House at AK, Pinocchios at MK. Neither one of use likes much for cs at MGM and we have had the electric umbrella, that's ok.

I think Cosmic Rays in MK has veggies as a kids option. If not, go ahead and order the ribs and half chicken plate, and let them eat some veggies off yours; there will be plenty! :goodvibes

The Land has the best kids' meals at WDW. Salads, stir fries, and subs. The stir fry is the best option IMO (chicken and noodles with steamed broccoli and a fortune cookie), and I try to encourage my youngest daughter not to eat hers so I can eat it.
