Places to do work at Grand Californian

LOL, the OP might want to make sure he/she has a headset and a background photo of an office! "Disneyland? No, I'm not at Disneyland. What makes you think that?"...as submarines and monorail trains go by in the background...
Yeah, I wasn't sure what type of "work" needed to be done. I often see people with laptops at Hungry Bear and on the boat dock. I don't go to TSI very often but see people sitting at the picnic tables on the island across from where the Mark Twain loads. If he needs a quiet location, his hotel room would be his best bet.

Ha! I won't be doing any live meetings thankfully. But that would be quite funny. I just need a place to read papers and grade for an hour or so, so somewhere comfortable would be nice. I can concentrate fine with noise around me, so that's no problem. But I do like a comfy chair or something to work in.

You wouldn't happen to be a DVC member, would you? I imagine not or you would've already considered the DVC lounge in DL. I've only been in there once with a friend, but it seemed like a good spot for what you want.

You must be better at tuning out noise than I am! I would find it hard to grade papers in DL (former English/science teacher).

Oh, I wish because that would have been perfect! And I'm staying in the DLH villas but paying cash so no such luck. But I'd love to use that (or club 33 if anyone wants to invite me, ha ha!)

I don't think it's ideal for work at this point. When I visited in September, they were letting people in (based on availability) and telling us how much time we could spend there. They also walked us to specific seats that were "ours". We happened to be near outlets, but a lot of the tables weren't.
