Parking on Arrival Day

We are driving in and have a breakfast reservation at Steakhouse 71 on our arrival day. Can we get to the Contemporary without having to pay at the gate and can we stay parked there while visiting MK? We also have a lunch reservation at S71 before heading out to Pop once our room is ready.

From recent experience, you can not leave your car and go to the park, even with a dining reservation. You can pay for valet parking at the hotel you're dinng at and leave your car to go to the parks.

You should be able to park at TTC for free as a resort guest if you do online check-in. Then take monorail to CR.

You cant park at CR, eat, then leave car at CR to go to the park.

You could certainly park at the ticket and transportation center (no charge for parking when they confirm that nights reservation) then monorail to the Contemporary. Then walk to the parks and ferry or monorail back to TTC at the end of the night.

We have a spa afternoon at Swan and Dolphin booked, hoping to head to Epcot for food booths after. If we drive to S&D, does this mean we can’t leave the car there while we walk to Epcot for a few hours? I’m not trying to get around paying for parking, I have an AP.

Disney resorts do not allow guests to leave their cars there. You would need to find out the rules at Swan and Dolphin.

NOTE: Disney allows guests to park at a resort for up to 2 hours to go to an Advanced Dining Reservation. All vehicles most be moved to a park parking lot prior to going to a parks.

You might want to think about parking at DHS and walking to the S&D, then Epcot and back. Swan & Dolphin charges for people visiting the resort to use the facilities. Since you have AP I would use it for parking. Then you don't have to worry about if there is an issue leaving your car at S&D.

I would check with the spa - they may have a parking arrangement. A few years ago while dining at Il Mulino we were given free valet parking.

I never know what websites I am allowed to mention, but a well-regarded disney discount site says the spa does validate valet parking, but I would definitely confirm with them.

On my most recent trip, Il Mulino offered to validate regular parking. I've heard the spa does it for several hours but I can't find the info on the official site.
