I have a few questions about parking at the Wilderness Lodge and travelling to the Magic Kingdom. We are staying off property and will have a rental car.

We have lunchtime reservations at WCC. Since this ADR is mid-way through our vacation, we plan on using this day as a day to sleep in a little bit and recharge our batteries. We are going to eat lunch at WCC first, and then go to the MK and finish the day there.

If we drive directly to the Wilderness Lodge, do we have to pay the daily parking fee? No big deal if we do, since we will be parking at the TTC after lunch anyway.

Is there a simple way to drive from WL to the TTC? Looking at maps, there does not appear to be a simple way to get on the lot at the TTC from WL.

We're also toying with the idea of parking at the TTC, taking the monorail/ferry to the MK, and then the boat to WL. But that throws in an extra leg and takes more time.

Thanks!

I would suggest parking at the TTC and taking the boat or ferry to MK and then take the boat to Wilderness. That way your car will be in the right place at the end of your day. Look at it as part of your leisure day riding the boats and monorail.

yeah I agree. Driving can save time, yes, but having your car where you want it at the end of the day will be nice and all the extra driving will ultimately take as much time as using transportation. Just remember to allow 1 hr from the time you park your car at TTC to get to WL.
