Parking at CR

My wife and I are returning to Disney this coming June for a week. We have never stayed at the CR. Our previous visits have been at the SOG. We have a reservation for a ground floor facing the pool/lagoon. Our all of the room interiors the same. The pictures available on line are very limited. I read somewhere that the pool is open 24 hr a day. Is this true.
Note: we have been going to Disney since 1972 but have only stayed on the grounds since 1995.
Forgot to ask the question about parking. At SOG access to your car and coming and going at all time was very easy. Is it the same at CR?

As an SOG Guest, you will be staying in the North Wing, which is the closest wing as you enter the CR Complex. There is a large self park parking lot right in front of this wing, where you can easily access your car. We had no trouble finding a spot to park our car in this lot anytime during our stay except the last morning - I think there were a lot of people at Chef Mickey's that day. However, we always travel off season - it might be more difficult during the summer.
