Parades on the 31st March at Disneyland Paris

According to rumour there will be a full soft opening of the new 15th Anniversary parade on the 31st March. I assume this is why there are no shows or parades listed for 31st on the DLRP site. I'm hoping they do the candle lighting ceremony too.
