Paper ticket to hard ticket?

I bought e-tickets on Undercover Tourist. (they have but 2 ptp, get 2 days free). They are print at home tickets. Can I go to guest services at Universal to get a hard ticket?

Two of those days are promo tickets as they are free

Make several copies of the print at home tickets in case they get wet on rides

They used to exchange but it backs up the lines and since you are given a choice when you order to get hard tickets or e-tickets, they stopped exchanging.
