Palo high tea-what to wear?

What is the proper attire for high tea at Palo? I went last year and wore a sundress, but I saw people in khaki type shorts also. What's appropriate?

We dressed as if we were going to dinner in the regular rotation dining rooms. Eric wore dockers and a polo shirt, I wore a light pants suit. The other people were dressed similarly, one gentleman wore a suit coat and the two older ladies wore very nice dresses (like my mom used to wear to church).

I love high tea and always treat it like it's something special, so we dress a bit for it. When we have high tea at home, we always dress like that, too! Ok, maybe we're just weird.... LOL

The requested dress is "resort casual" with no shorts requested. I'd go with a simple sundress or a casual skirt.

Sundress and slacks are perfect. Just over a week we had our high tea. It was wonderful. Kristian took very good care of us. Many people signed up for it, but only three parties showed. It was so hard to see all the tables set up with finger sandwiches that nobody ate...So, we asked for seconds.
