Package with tickets and EP

I've never stayed on Universal property, so this is all new to me. With a package at Cabana Bay, including tickets and Express Pass, will the tickets and EP appear in the app? Or do I have to get a paper ticket? Right now, I don't see anything, but I haven't made the final payment.

I'm by no means an expert but I believe your tickets would show in the app and would not be paper-based. Tho I'm curious how you did a package with express pass at CB? My guess would be that they won't show until final payment is made but you could always call to confirm.

Thank you! I should probably just give them a call to confirm. When I say I did a package with EP at Cabana Bay, I mean that I paid for Express Pass as part of the package. It wasn't included like it is at the deluxe resorts.

Admission and Express Passes are transitioning to facial recognition. Tickets and Express passes on your phone is used when facial recognition isn't used.

The tickets and EP are in your app. You can ask the TM at the hotel's ticket counter to print them into paper cards if you want. Your picture will be taken when the ticket is scanned for the first time, after that it's all facial recognition every time you re-enter the park.

Regarding express passes, for Epic Universe we had our EP as a QR code in the app. At every ride, they scanned our codes and asked us to look into the camera to confirm the facial features. For UO/IOA, we stayed at the hotel that offered EP and used our room cards to enter the express lanes.

My EPIC ticket was an AP addon. I purchased express pass.

Facial Recognition wasn't working in Dark Universe. We just had to show the pass in the app. All other attractions were facial recognition for express.

I have plans for Ticket purchased for 12/5 but can not get Stella Nova .
Plus price is high for that weekend at all the resorts . I think that is when Grinch and Macys Holiday Parade starts and the concerts too at Universal .

Normally holiday shows start before Thanksgiving.

What about if you booked your package through a third party? I’m not able to link my hotel reservation and tickets in the app.
