Owners locker

When I am leaving the resort/checking out can I leave my locker with bell services to be picked up or do I have to schedule a time for owners locker people to pick up my stuff from me?

Bell Services holds these until the regular scheduled pick up by Owner's Locker each evening. I just call, Bell services shows up, I tip them and away my locker goes. A few hours later I get a text that's back in the warehouse until my next trip. (It's "resting comfortably" according to the text)

Don't leave it in your room and assume it will end up back at the OL storage facility, as stuff left behind in villas sometimes ends up at the Disney recycling plant (and that has happened to OL bins).

Make sure you have your pickup date entered in your OwnersLocker Dashboard.

Otherwise, just arrange to have Bell Services pick it up from your villa and it will be sent back to storage until your next trip.
