Owners Locker Size

If I use a 32 gallon storage bin at home and fill it with my "stuff", is this a good estimate of the size of an Owners Locker? I don't want to get down there a realize I have too much stuff. Please don't sell me on a second locker

ETA: Do most of you use the dividers that are included? What about the small storage bin?

The lockers are 22" X 13" X 20" - about the size of a good-sized recycling bin used in many communities. We were pleasantly surprised with the size (larger than we expected).

We do use the dividers and the organizer as they serve us well for small items and help with packing the locker in our case.

We do not use the divider in either of our lockers. We seem to have a lot of odd shaped items that fit better without the dividers. We use the small storage bin in one of our lockers to hold bandages, dental floss, night lights, marking pens, toothpaste, and lots of other small items.

We use the dividers in one of our Lockers but not in the other one. One of our "tackle boxes" is filled to the gills and the other is about half full.

has anyone tried putting an Aerobed in one. we love to travel with a bed (having a boy and girl they don't want to sleep with each other) and usually use one when we hit other hotels.

I'd love to keep one down at disney DH and I have even thought about shipping one there and back but don't think it's worth the cost.

Doing a little quick math...

22" X 13" X 20" = 5720 cubic inches
1 gallon = 231 cubic inches

so the tote would be about 24.76 gallons or about 3/4's of your 32 gallon tote

Just take a tape measure and measure your bin at home & compare it to the OL measurements...as long as your bin at home is slightly smaller OVERALL you'll be OK...

We returned the dividers on top of ours when we sent it back the first time. Don't use the little plastic divider box either... I used a lot of ziplock bags in ours 'cuz they squish into the nooks & crannies...
