I don't know how hard it is for YOU to find the Mickey paint chips, but they are impossible to find here at our local home depot! maybe the cats get them? Honestly, I can never find them!
How do you get them to stay on your hotel doors? I know, silly question but I had to ask! If I am not mistaken, didn't the DIS used to have an online store where they sold Tee shirts and things? you used to be able to get all kinds of Lime Green things. Helen

No that you mention it...indeed they did have a store.....But it was to hard to swipe from them!

This is too funny, because I actually did have a "Dis" intervention almost two years ago. I was a habitual Disser, to the point of spending 3,5,6 + hours (that I really didn't have to spare) just chitchatting with y'all and completly ignoring my work, family and friends....(you think i'm joking, don't you???) I did all the exchanges, etc, until one sad day my PC was consumed by a virus and my Mac DH (detests PC's) refused/couldn't fix it...and wouldn't let anyone else fix it, either...So I was intervened from the "cult" as my DH calls it.... And I got my life back......

I did steal those Lime Green Mickeys from Home Depot to support my habit, always thinking how funny it was that all the diser's who would NEVER steal anything, and would tell everyone else not to, were out there stealing them too...(if you have no intention of painting a room "Alien Green" I would consider it stealing..)...Actually my DS's bathroom has some Alien Green in it...anyway....

Now I have a new Mac...and here I am...couldn't stay away...Now I see there is a popcorn eating smiley face (I have always seen a need for that) and find out there is a secret handshake. I am trying to moderate myself so I won't slip into old habits, but this is gonna be hard....

Where do I go to learn the secret handshake???

I've read so many posters that I've lost the how-to link. I've got my LGMPCs, but only remember to soak till they fall off the backing. Do I then glue another to another to strengthen?
By the way , I was able to pick up the Lime Green $1 hat from Target.

Yes, glue them back to back (I used my daughter's Elmer's Glue Stick...great because you can readjust the alignment until you get it right), then, if you have it, use the self-laminating stuff from Wal-Mart (or elsewhere, I presume) to make your LGMH more durable. Trim as needed and, viola, a lasting symbol of your devotion to the LIME! Woo hoo! And, yay! Great job on the bucket hat!

For helenm29, you can buy Sticktack from the hardware store...it's like a cross between glue and putty, but it allows you to stick things to walls (or doors) without causing damage and then you can unstick them easily without trouble. I found mine at the dollar store, so maybe check there first.

wow, that was the fastest eight days i've had in awhile

Just wanted to say HI! to all my LGMH folks and...

boy, you guys were chatters while i was gone...i have 25 pages to read!!! (i'm only up to page 39..10 to go!!)

For now, i must go unpack and eat some delivered pizza (food in our house? as if)

i'm also THRILLED to announce i have a new believer to the magic...my DFi who decided that we needed to go back!!!

NOT ONLY THAT...i now have his blessing to apply for the college program...sigh....
