I always cook too much stuff when I cook dinner. We always have left overs. I guess growing up all those years watching my mom and sisters cook, I never learned how to make SMALL batches.

one good thing if I ever get to go to a DIS meet. Just get me a room with a kitchenette, and you won't have to worry about eating during your entire trip.

Reminds me of when Ben thought he would help me by making egg-salad sandwich for him & Em .... ever tried to clean up a dozen eggs when they have been dropped from the cupboard? (he pushed a chair over to get the bowl all the time he was holding the carton )

We're doing good. We're trying to figure out if we want to change from Disney at Christmas, or Disney for Kim's b-day in October for MNSSHP.

Hubby and I went in October and it was great. Not too cold and not too hot. The crowds were mild too for the most part.

I've only been to the MNSSHP but I have to agree with you on how great it is. I got video of the fireworks from two angles and loved every minute of each firework show. Plus got a few good pics of the parade including Jack Sparrow.

Tyler said the same thing to me when I posted it, plus he was looking at my photobucket account. He told Laci that Grandma dropped me on my head at birth. There seems to be a common theme around here

I have to agree with Teresa on this one though she can have all the fish (I don't do fish). I do love shell fish though. Give me some good boiled shrimp and crawfish and I am one happy camper
