I always cook too much stuff when I cook dinner. We always have left overs. I guess growing up all those years watching my mom and sisters cook, I never learned how to make SMALL batches.

one good thing if I ever get to go to a DIS meet. Just get me a room with a kitchenette, and you won't have to worry about eating during your entire trip.

So, what are you doing in August?!?!?!? We'll let ya have off on 8/25 for the bbq!

Because you already had a headache to begin with, and it only made it worse. Mine was Booming before, but has since chilled a bit. Hopefully, it will stay that way, trying to stay away from popping some pills. Feel better Resa, and thanks for the link.

Bake at 350 til cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Layer 1: 'pasta sauce
layer 2: tortillas
Layer 3: cooked chicken ,cubed
layer 4: shredded cheese

I HATED it but John & Em loved it .... guess I haffa make it and then eat something else myself sicne they both RAVED about it

Down here it's called a few things:Chilaquiles (Chi-La-Ki-Les), Entomatadas (N-Toma-Tadas), or King Ranch Chicken. If you use red sauce without the beef or chicken it's an entomatada (means tomatoed), if you use chips or torn tortillas with chicken a chilaquile, and if you use chicken, veggies, some type of cream sauce, cheese, and top with sour cream it's King Ranch Chicken. Ok sooo... I went to Olive Garden for dinner with some friends tonight.. I called my Dad and told him that him and my brother are on their own for dinner cause I was going out.. Thinking maybe he'd stop and grab themselves Mc Donalds or something..

So, I get home and the "boys" are sitting on the couch watching TV.. and I get What?? No Take Out?? What are we going to eat?? We're starrrvvvvvinnnngggggg..... **puppy dog eyes**

So I walk into the kitchen to make some dinner for them.. and it looks like the Kitchen Threw Up !!!! Dirty Pots and Pans and Plates and Forks.. Used Napkins... ewwwww....

And to think One of them is a Grown Up!!!!

Ain't No Way on this Lime Green Earth that I am cleaning up their Mess !!!

Did they go to bed hungry?
