Counter Service and Merch Discount

DO any of the counter service restaurants still offer that 20% off merch during certain times if you dine at select locations?

In the past I can remember one in EPCOT and I think it was only for 1 shop.

I'd like to know too. You reminded me of that offer, it was a long time ago. I bought my sketch design Dooney and Bourke letterbag with that discount at the World of Disney store and I believe my food purchase had been somewhere in Tomorrowland.
