Hey Teresa

This trip needs a bit of explaining. Lil sis has chosen Disney "area" to get married and Chef Mickey for reception (WZUP with that ??) John is only working on contract and we only see his pay the end of the FOLLOWING month. His classes can get cancelled up to 24 hours before hand (he was supposed to work all this week .. Mon Tues & today were all cancelled) I am on permanent disability which barely covers our mortgage. Ben is in college (luckily on a student loan but we will need to re-pay once he leaves) Emily is going to Italy during March break with the art council and that is around 150 a month for us (comes out automatically so not sure exactly)
NEXT John and I are already saving very little to be able to go in 2009 for our 25th anniversary. Car broke down and the 2nd one is very shaky.
We need wheels for John.

Oh I got ahead of myself somewhere here. Yes Disney holds fond memories (went the very 1st week it opened) and a trip however short is kewl. BUT I am going with my parents ---bad news for my moods and a family "friend" I am dreading taking her around --- imagine a 6 year old in a 45 yr old body. She has been literally jumping and clapping her hands and singing that scary song ... you all know the one I mean. She has never been and it has been about 15 years for my parents. Everyone expects me to plan the "PERFECT" hoilday. how the heck do you see all that there is in only 3 days? I have spent days, hours, weeks here Long after my bedtime most days. I bought this years Birnbaum's book and showed her -- she TOOK it

Ok so John & I knew that paying for just my trip is gonna be close to $1000 US YIKES Like I said Mom has, as she put it, trusted me to get the best price going for everything. BUT now to double that for us ... I am hoping I can stem this before she asks Em to come.

Gee, late on this as ususal. If it will help you to have Em and her emotions along, maybe to counter the other hippy hop person's emotions, then tell your mom fine, but you will need her to help Em go as Em is in school and can't save up that much money by then. If having Em go along will NOT help you, tell mom so and let her know that 2 of you swinging, along with the hippy hop freind is not going to make her or Dsis weekend. Enough said!

Yeah here I go!! Heroes is on tonight at 9 and Battlestar Gallactica Premiers at 9pm on Sci Fi on Friday. Note new time for BG , which means I may actually be able to stay up and watch it without blowing my Sat., since I have to be up early the next morning to work.

Anyone have opinions on either show?

Oh, I'm waiting for BG too. My three shows I have to watch: Lost (Wednesday Baby! ), The Office (Awesome Season Premier), and Battle Star Galactica. Did you used to watch it when it first came out?

Hey Kathy, we were at the store last night where ds works and he showed me some guy he knew walking by-- the guy's name was Mike Tyson! (not sure of the spelling)-- it wasn't your son was it?

Ummm... lets see...probably not cause he goes out to Longwood college or VCU on his time out. He is Mike Tison BTW. I have posted a pix of him but it was small. About 6', blue eyes, shy quirky grin, looks like he knows he is GOD 's gift to women ...was it him?

I just had it. Peanut Butter & Butterfinger Blizzard. Not the best of dinners, but I got talked into it (they really twisted my arm) . I'll work most of it off tonight though.
