our secret green club? Part 3

My kids are out from the end of the 2nd week in June until the beginning of the third week of August, but they get 2 1/2 weeks at winter break, 2 weeks at spring break and a WEEK at Thanksgiving! Unfortunately, the local college schedule is not quite so generous and I only get one week of spring break and the four day weekend for thxgiving.

WOW_ that is alot of time off!!! Cool - we're moving to Cally!!!

The University I work for doesnt even give us time off when the students have it ?? Go figure..... (Since I work in research - the Ph.D., master, etc. students sometimes dont take "breaks" - weirdos!!)

Yes.. a couple, only 2 in our County though (unless Roseto & Pen Argle are in our County but I don't think so).

Now I can tell her to walk to your house at lunch-time... if they were allowed out at lunch time..lol.

BTW ......Cyn this is for you too! I keep on meaning to tell you.....I worked for TIAA CREF. While I was there one of my BIG projects was the 'barcoded" of all their documents they send you! So anyone who works for Colleges when they get these Barcodes on the side of the forms...I developed them.

Also if you ever call them, and they need to pull up letters or forms you faxed or hand wrote...I did that system too!

BTW ......Cyn this is for you too! I keep on meaning to tell you.....I worked for TIAA CREF. While I was there one of my BIG projects was the 'barcoded" of all their documents they send you! So anyone who works for Colleges when they get these Barcodes on the side of the forms...I developed them.

Also if you ever call them, and they need to pull up letters or forms you faxed or hand wrote...I did that system too!

How cool...I used to work at a private college....another sister of mine is a registrar at the same college. I'm going to have to ask her about the barcodes and tell her I "know" the guy who develops them.....

On another note....my dd12(totprincess) is convinced she is on your ignore list and says if she is, she promises not to do any more useless posts.....I guess a hundred pages back when her and Winnie (Pixies daughter) both were given permission from the royal highnesses to get screen names, they apparently tried to run up their posts. I told her to give you a few of these and a few of these Paranoia runs in the family....wait except for Pixie and LizzY, just of the rest of the family
