I actually got my butt out of bed and ran at sunrise this morning.... Only 25 min but it was 25 min along the shores of the seven seas lagoon.... Off to Hollywood studios next!

I couldn't get a run in today or wear a race shirt to work, but plan to tomorrow. I just wish my run was around Disney instead of western PA!

Turned 56 on Sunday & Finally joined a gym! (A birthday gift I gave to myself:))

Still doing some outside walking too. Goal is to get to the gym 4 times a week.


Sunday: 45 minutes walking
Tuesday: (first day at gym) 30 minutes treadmill & 15 on stationary bike
Wednesday : walking 30 minutes

120 minutes this week (to date)

Thought a lot about the Boston people (and the people this morning in Texas) while I was running this morning. Incredibly sad week in so many, many ways.
