Our Active April: W.I.S.H. Exercise Challenge

Today I had 27 minutes of 30 DS and 99 minutes on the treadmill doing Week 5 Day 2 and Week 3 of C25K. For a total of 126 minutes.

Had no energy to run today and was pooped very quickly. Realized I hadn't eaten in over 4 hrs and that I needed FUEL to keep me going. duh.....

Worked in the yard again today trying to get it done between rain showers. Muddy job.

Then off to a yoga class. My first ever and boy was it funny. I'm pretty sure your not supposed to topple over as much as I did since no one else ended up in those positions. :confused3

Well as they say practice makes perfect so I will continue until I can do it without becoming a pretzel or toppling. The instructor pointed me to a different class she does more geared to the newbie.
