Sat 4/27 Finally nice enough weather to be outside in MN! Run/Walk 60 min (including playing tennis with a 5yo - pretty much just running after the ball!)

Tue 4/30 PT 20 min

Nowhere near my goal, but I have been active every day. With the nice weather and finally being cleared for running, I'm anxious to get my minutes back up in May!
 
215+70+90+75=450 (lots of triathlon training lately) + 1852=2302 for the month..........
