Other campgrounds?

Hi everyone!

We have stayed at the FORT multiple times in our RV and love it!! This coming year, my kids have spring break towards the end of February and we would love to go in our RV to a beach in FL...somewhere a bit more south..a bit warmer. Do any other campground out there even compare in the least to the FORT?

We have 4 kids, age 14, 13, 11, and 8..and the dog. We were hoping to find a resort that would be pet friendly but would have great amenities for the kids. Does anything out there exist?

Are you leaning towards the Ocean Side or the Gulf side?

Because I thinlk the only way to find warmer temps would be to get further south like Ft. Meyers/Port charlotte on the gulf side or Port St. Lucie or south for Atlantic side.

What? you mean there are other campground besides the Fort?

Check out Camp Gulf and Gulf State Park in Alabama. I have never been to either, unfortunately, but they're on my bucket list!
