OT: What kind of car do you drive?

2006 Mazda 5. Perfect for our family of 5 since it seats 6, and it isn't too big for European streets! Could not be happier...

I have a 2008 White Ford Fusion V6 SE. I love the car!!! For being a 6 cylinder it gets REALLY good gas mileage. I have Sirius radio, Sync system and a moon roof. I would like to keep it for another 3 or so years, but when I get a new car, I want a Ford Escape.

I drive a 2007 Ford Mustang, 4.0L, tungsten gray with black leather interior. In the Maine winters, this car is practically useless so I also have a 2010 Subaru Forester. Best to also have a work horse if you're going to own a pony car.

I agree with you wholeheartedly and that is why I drive a 2007 Chevy Tahoe all winter long a a little red 2001 6 speed with panoramic sun roof all summer long. :goodvibes

2009 Acura TL w/tech package. Loooove my car! It's been the best car in every way. Fast, fun, and spoils me rotten. Such an amazing machine. No-haggle pricing at purchase (we knew what we wanted to pay, asked for the best price, & the salesman gave us an even better price..no going to "talk to the sales manager"). Service is amazing: always get a loaner, prices aren't inflated, and my car gets washed/vacuumed. No extra charge for the loaner or washing. Great mileage. No problems with the car. I don't get the run-around at the dealership because I'm a woman which is awfully nice. Like I said, it's been amazing beginning to end. Can't spread the love enough. :lovestruc

09 Toyota Sienna. didn't want the mini van. but after driving it, and having 5 dogs & 1DS, It is my favorite car yet:woohoo:

DH just bought a 2012 Mini Cooper, way smaller than his Toyota Tundra he used to drive, but great for his commute:banana:

We actually just downsized our vehicles today in order to reduce monthly payments and gas mileage. DH had a Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cap that got a whopping 11 mpg. As of today he is the proud owner of a certified pre-owned Mazda 6. He is going to save so much gas.

I was driving the best vehicle I have ever had and one of the loves of my life, Murray. That is what I named my Nissan Murano. I LOVE him! I will be crying all night because tomorrow he gets traded in for a little bit smaller and less expensive Nissan Rogue. The move reduces my monthly payment by $140/month.

family: 2003 pontiac montana van

work: 2002 ford e350 van with 379k miles

fun/show: 1983 toyota truck fully customized with only 130k original miles and factory a/c (soon to be painted to match the hood)

Over the years I finally figured out that one vehicle won't work for me... Most day I use a 2000 Honda Insight for my commute. If a backseat is required I switch to my 2008 Toyota Prius. Since neither of those cars can haul a boat and neither impress the ladies... I sometimes rely on my 2003 Lincoln Navigator.

I drive a mini cooper s cabrio..its the 3rd mini I have had I love them!

I drive a 2005 Mini Cooper, it has over 130,00 miles on it and I LOVE it. It's so fun to drive and it gets great gas mileage.

Dh has a 2002 Ford 150 truck, which hardly ever gets driven anymore...really poor gas mileage. He has fallen in love with the KIA Soul that we're renting right now, to the point that he wants to check into getting one. :)

I have a 2010 Nissan Armada which is my baby and I keep her in the garage. This is what we travel in as a family.

My car to go back and forth to the work is a 1995 Mazada Protege with over 201,000 miles and still going (knock on wood). I just picked it up from someone who was going to trade it in but sold it to me for $1,000.00. A/C works, rides good, 30+MPG even with all the miles. Paint is a little roug in places but I really like the little car.

The wife has a 2011 Lexus IS 250 (or something to that effect) sweet little car but not made for long trips IMHO.

I drive a 1993 Mazda Astina which looks like this but my one is a wine red colour. Its our one and only family car.

It always amazes me that your cars are all so new! Most cars here are at least 5 years old when they are imported second hand from Asia - mostly Japan.

Mind you, we don't travel for the most part the same mileage - where would I go? I'd run out of land. :rotfl2:

I bought it in 1998 and it had 35,000km on it - its done nearly 150,000. Having said that, I tend to bike to work most days so that keeps the kms on it low.

I drive the 2004 Dodge Caravan......yep has had every kind of sports gear imaginable in it. Not great on gas, but ole Mom has needed this expecially during hockey season.

DH drives a 2011 Dodge Journey (no not Dodge loyal), and this is also the family vehicle, although the family is getting older way too quickly. It is great on gas!

I drive a 2008 VW Passat wagon ("Pearl").
I LOVE IT!!!

DH drives a 2009 Chevy Impala (I don't love it).

We drive a 2006 Dodge Caravan (our Florida drive truck...awesome storage) and a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid.

Me:
1968 Camaro SS - racer
1997 Camaro RS - daily car
2002 Camaro Z28 - cruising car
And an old dually truck to pull the enclosed trailer that hauls the racecar.

GF:
Cadillac CTS

Together:
Our feet, we like to go running. :cool1:

I was "lucky" enough to inherit a 2006 Cadillac DTS with only 20,000
miles on it....

Thought we'd hit the jackpot.

meh

"The Money Pit" as we've started to call it...

Even the most basic repair is $500.

Yes, when it's running it's a dream. It hugs the highway like nobody's business.... It''s interior is leather *everything*, and the Bose stereo sounds better than our home unit... it's a dream....

But, to keep the darned thing on the road is an expensive nightmare......

Our next car will be a Hyundai.... And we'll be more than happy with it. :goodvibes
