We have 4 all two years apart. I have found the hardest going from none to one
My children are all so different, best buddies, and wonderful. I am very busy, and there is a lot of work to do (feed 6 people, laundry for six, etc), but it is easy. My biggest suggestion is to look into attachment parenting. We are odd ducks, but all our children are very well mannered and very much family orientated. We wear our children, don't mind stragglers in our bed, (they all love sharing bedrooms too), and family is first in their little minds already.
I have never found a trip to WDW or Target hard, a Baby carrier (Beco or Ergo), a great stroller (Phil and Ted Vibe, Baby Jogger,Maclaren), and an appreciation of raising children, it is easy.
