I was the opposite way - I assumed DD was back today and only realised last week she doesnt go back until tomorrow so I had to do some last minute re planning

The key difference being you found out last week, not at 8.30 this morning!

Because it means no more annoying brother hogging all my stuff as he's gone back to uni, no more having to eat roast dinners and travel here there and everywhere to see ppl. I also just love what I'm doing at work atm and being really busy....I also I cant wait to get my new textbooks and get on with my next assignments for my course too

Hello all - just posting this its from the weddings board but I thought you might all be interested .......

I have found my engagement ring!

I am quite fussy with rings (I don't tend to wear them) ao it has taken us a while to me find "my ring". We found it over Christmas in Ernest Jones (a UK shop), however they are are out of stock for my ring size online and in my local stores (we have tried 3!)

However, my lovely boyfriend went to the branch next to his work in Durham and a lovely sales assistant has found us one and is getting it transfered up to Durham. She said there are hardly any left in the UK so fingers crossed I have good taste

The quality of the image isnt too good but I saw it for myself in the Newcastle store a couple of weeks ago and its very pretty up close

He is collecting it next week, and then I have to wait for my proposal! I hope I don't have to wait too long - he says he some organising to do before he asks me

I've been ebaying and bought some disney scrapbooking paper to get me started on save the dates card and my wedding scrapbook

Awesome - I made a mock up of our STDs last night.

Doing disney luggage tags with a credit card sized STD magnet in and then a little fold out card.

I couldn;t find any disney paper that went with our colour scheme though.

*** our wedding is abroad, we are sending people 2 years notice to start saving, but not official invites yet.
