Well, I made these and the nutter butter ones for DH to take to work. The Oreo ones were demolished very quickly, while there are still some nutter butter ones left. Which is fine by me, b/c I prefer the nutter butter ones
BTW: I didn't have any problems with dipping. I used Bakers semi-sweet baking squares that I melted with the bit of shortening per a suggestion on here. Went on very smooth and tasted wonderful. Not that I still didn't drip chocolate everywhere, and let me tell you what a hardship it was to afterwards have to suck all that chocolate off my fingers. Oh the sacrifice!

I then remember the $3.50 box of Fudge dipped Ritz crackers I saw at the store and it occurred to me
that I could make these myself!! I used the leftover chocolate to dip the Ritz, and OMG, they are SOOOO good!!! (btw, I've had the store bought fudge dipped Ritz already, and they are amazing, but extremely pricey for the dozen and a half or so you get in the box!)
Yeah, I could do that with chocolate. Dip it & I'll probably eat it...

I had borrowed the food processor from next door neighbor and she told everyone what I'm inside making. NOW I'm gonna have to make more to give to all of my very sweet neighbors for helping us out today.
Thanks for the recipe!!
