Can I use my WDW Magicband+ in DL?

Tried searching for this answer on here but got more confused. I have a new rechargeable MB+ that we purchased for our August 2025 WDW trip. Going to DL this September 2026. Can I use my MB+ in DL?

Yes you can! Keep in mind, it doesn't necessarily do everything that they do at WDW - like they don't use it for ride photos and I don't think you can use it as your room key if you are staying at a DLR hotel. You can absolutely link it to your Disneyland app and use it for park entry, lightning lanes, and such. There are some special effect things too.

I don't think you can use it as your room key

Confirming that it can not be used as a room key. It can't be used for purchases either. As was mentioned, it doesn't work to auto detect ride photos.

It can be used with Photo Pass photographers, park entry, and LL.
