I'm finally back from shopping for gifts for our secretaries, eating dinner, and catching up on the thread. It was SO hard to decide on gifts. Wish I'd had someone from work go with me to agonize over what to buy. I ended up calling one of the supervisors for input on some of the choices.
I bought beaded ID badge holders and hummingbird feeders. And they will each get a Cookies by Design decorated sugar cookie on Thursday. Whew!
Moo? How are we s'posed to recognize you if you continue shrinking???

I made dinner tonight. Well, I microwaved dinner.
We had leftover chicken, broccoli and asparagus.
And later, when I'm starving, I made some muffins that only have 22 grams of carbs. Waaaaay too much for me to have, but I was really craving something with carbs.
I'll try to resist.
But they're there if I need them. I haven't eaten much today at all, so I don't think it will put me over my 600 calorie limit.
I guess I should post this on the wish thread, huh?

I was wilting from hunger while shopping tonight
No Nab, I didn't. There isn't a whole lot I can do as these are the only type shoes I can wear. The shoes have to tie as the brace fits inside of the shoe. Also, the shoe has to be flat. I also need a certain type of shoe to keep my balance. Norwegian can allow it or we'll be visiting the complaints desk for sure. When I'm wearing pants, you can't see it and there have been times that ignorant old coots have screamed at me for parking in a handicap spot ( with my permit). Of course when I walk, I limp, so that sometimes shuts them up, but I've been know to pull up my pant leg and stare at them.
All, right! That'll teach 'em to be so rude, poly! Hope you get things worked out. I have never been to Bermuda before either, but a former coworker wet on an anniversary trip and LOVED it. She especially liked riding on those little scooters!

I have to agree with her. I'm gone for three days and there's like 20 pages. Now that we're both here, you people stop posting!

Twink - I lucked out on the rat dissection and never had to personally do it, although I recall taking detailed notes and drawing pictures while my lab partner wielded the scalpel in high school Advanced Biology. I didn't like the smell of the preservative. I didn't dissect a cat either. Only a frog.
Is it almost time for finals? My DD has some this week.
Think I'll watch Gilmore Girls on TiVo before going to bed.
