Onsite with UPH ?

Let's see if I can articulate my question and get some feedback...

I have reservations for Pop Century - arriving March 12 and leaving March 15 - 3 nights and 4 days. The UPH's are valid from the morning of the 12 to midnight on the 15th - I get that. Here's my question...

We are staying at the Comfort Inn Maingate East the evening of the 11th and plan to go to the parks first thing on the 12th. What I was wondering was whether I could run over to Pop on the evening before (11th) and get my hands on the UPH's for the next morning, saving us precious time? That way we could just park the car at Pop, jump on a bus, get to the park for opening, and check in later in the day when our rooms would be ready? Anybody done this?

I did think of booking room only for the night before, but I would have to book 2 rooms, and of course they wouldn't guarantee that we would stay in those rooms. Rather than pay $150 at Disney, I got CIME for $64.00 with continental breakfast included. We've stayed there before and quite liked it!

You will not be able to get the UPHs the night before.

We do want you want to do all the time. We go to the resort we're checking in to early in the morning. We check in, get our UPHs, leave the luggage with them and get right to the parks. We get the full day for our UPHs that way.

I think you have to check in to get your UPHs. I'd check in at 7 am or so and then hit the parks. They'll hold your luggage if necessary and you can really use those UPHs!

When's the earliest you can check in? We're moving from PC to CSR and I think I read somewhere that the check-in desk opens at 8:00 am, but 7:30 would be much nicer.
