Yes it says you have to call for the OBC.Nope. Also I don't see the option to buy OBC.

Went to check on ordering an in-stateroom gift for my cruise next month and lo and behold... the new online ordering system is live!
Very happy I don't have to call or fax in my order anymore! DCL is finally coming into the 21st century![]()
You can't get through Cabanas on the first day without being asked at least twice if you want to buy water. Is this the only opportunity to purchase bottled water? Or can you buy some like midweek during the cruise?
The Nautical package and Birthday package are the only ones of those available for our upcoming Alaska cruise.I don't think it's ship specific, but might be sailing time specific. We're on a Fantasy sailing next March. This is what I see for room decorations:

Oh yeah, and it signs you out if you take too long and then you have to look up your res number again. Stupid system.

It was that price on the first cruise day. I don't think it goes up. Before your excursions they come and try to sell water, as well as a cooler of some type. I don't recall the price, but it's all in that same range. Expensive, but heck, so is the cruise and my DH made it clear he wasn't schlepping water from Costco or Target on to the ship.Good to know. Is it the same price, do you know? Also, what if you get to like Day 2 or 3, and need a refill of bottled water, is there an option then?

i was looking for the rainforest pass too.
Finally!
Does anyone know how reliable they are? My only experience with ordering gifts for a cruise was for a friend who took my daughter on a Royal Caribbean. It was my friends 40th birthday so I sent her two special things, sent her parents a sweet treat, and sent my daughter and her friend something to their state room (3 separate cabins). Only the parents, who I didn’t even know, received the correct item at the appropriate time. My daughter and her friend got the wrong item 3 days late and, when I called, they literally called the ship and brought them the correct one at 11 PM even though I begged RCCL not to because right then they were babysitting three small children who were sleeping. My friend, who paid for the cruise and who’s birthday it was, got nothing. Not one of the two things that I ordered her. I’m hoping that Disney does a better job. Yes?
Yes this exactlyI was going to pre-order some since the online ordering is now available, but at the price, I don't want to end up with too much. So if it's sold again, we may start with 6 or 12 bottles and go from there.
if you preorder gifts they would not have to be stored onboard, they could be stored on shore and delivered on board for the proper cruiseMaybe they are steering away from some items that would not be easy to recycle if left onboard or might cause more damage to ocean life if accidentally lost overboard?
Plus, storage onboard is much more limited.

^ Same. Oh well.
He told me that they are no longer letting you purchase them ahead of time in order to better keep track of the numbers.
No. Booking online doesn’t allow as much opportunity for up sells (especially scrubs).Turning off the online bookings 3 days prior to sailing wasn’t enough time to give the spa a count of how many they’d sold??![]()
