It’s getting close to my 60 day FP+ window. I’m trying to get everything set up. I cannot get MDE to open at all on my iPad. Installed latest updates, and even rebooted iPad.
On my iPhone,the app opened, and when I tried to sign in, it went to “Signing in to your account” and just sits there forever.

The only way I can get into MDE is via website.

Anyone have any great hints or ideas? I can make FPS on the website, but I know I need my iPhone to work in park and resort

Book on your computer then at the park if need be use the FO kiosk they have. My guess is it will work

I have a 4/29 hotel booked and my MDE not showing FP dates past the end of March (30 days). When will my 60 days pop up or each additional day as it moves towards that?

60 days out you should be able to book all your FP for your stay for each day that you have tickets linked to your MDE account. If you're staying 7 days but have 5 park ticket days, you'll be able to book FPs on 5 days of your stay. All will pop up at once.

So, in two days. Also assuming you don't have a split stay.

you will see at your 60-day mark. I have April 27 and booked today so you should see it pop opened Thursday I would check tomorrow and some times there is a glitch and it pops open early.

How old is your ipad/iphone?
I know a few people that have older ones and the app doesn't work on them.
I myself had started getting a message that my phone would know longer support the app soon but then I bought a new phone.

Use the website via your phone/ipad or computer.

You'll see your dates at 7am eastern on your 60 day mark.

Thanks. Ive done it before a bunch but not as often right at the 60 day- thought you could see days turn regular grey as it approached

nope you will see it all at once for 60 days out 30 days goes one by one day

I deleted the app from both devices and reinstalled from scratch from the App Store. It seems to work now

Checked in last night and this was our first day at MK. Tried to modify my first FP for day and ALL my FPs for entire trip disappeared from MDE on my iPhone. At the advice of a CM, I went to the FP kiosk and they said there had been 'glitches' today. They were able to fix it in about 30 seconds by logging out and re-logging me back in. Everything 'magically' returned and no other MDE problems today. Bottom line, stuff can disappear from app but is still in system.
