One Last 180+10 Question

Hello! Can anyone confirm if the 180+10 means that I can make an ADR for the day I check out of my resort? That would be exactly 10 days from the date of check in. Check out is at 11am, but I was hoping to get a dinner reservation in the park that day. I wasn't sure since I won't be spending that night at a resort if it would work. TIA!
