WISH ONDERland by Christmas check-in!
I started KISSing this week. [check out the KISS thread for details]. It is basically non processed meats [no bacon, sausage, ham, hot dogs, lunchmeat, etc], eggs, low carb veggies, some fats in the form of olive oil, butter and mayo. It is for those that need a jump start after stalling on the Atkins plan.
I started monday and by thursday I was down 8 pounds. I did gain on pound back over the weekend but I am still at a 7 pound loss for the week! My new stats are 219/211/199.
How did my ONDERland by Christmas buddies do?
