ONDERland by Christmas - Weigh In! <*sound*>

Hi everyone. I haven't posted in a while because life has been absolutely crazy. I've tried to maintain my program, but sometimes this past week it was just impossible. Hoping to get back on track this week though. However, I'm happy to report that I still managed to lose 4 pounds since I took up the challenge. My stats are 218/214/180.
 
228/221/199

I lost 1.5 pounds this week. I'm happy with that because I was affected by the hurricane (no power for 3 days) and didn't eat quite as well as I should have, though I didn't go off plan.

my new stats are: 227/221.5/199 only a 1lb loss this week. Lost a few inches here and there and best of all...............................


I shopped in the non-Plus section of a store!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least on the bottom! I bought a size 16 skirt this weekend, no elastic waist! I am so excited. I haven't worn size 16 since high school and that is a wonderful incentive to keep going. I don't guess I have much hope of getting out of the plus section for tops ever but I can deal with that ;)


Good luck to everyone, we are all doing so great! I bet by Christmas we could all get into one picture together if we could magically get to the same place at the same time, what a christmas card we would make!

I'd like to join the Onederland by Christmas challenge. I started at 228 on 8/1 and as of this morning, 9/22, I am down 14 lbs. to 214. My goal is to be under 200 by the time we leave for Disney on 12/4 and for my birthday on 12/5!!

No loss for me this past week. Still 223/216/199.

Out to dinner twice, bachelorette party, little time to exercise. I'm lining up the excuses again.

Ate basically the right foods given the choices that were available. But some had sauces that were no no's. Didn't have any desserts or obvious sugars or flours. Ate a little fruit as part of the meal.

I still have the rehearsal dinner and reception for DD coming up in less than two weeks. After that, things will settle down and I'm going to refuse to eat out. I do great at home and at work (I pack my lunch).

I didn't go to WI this past week due to my work schedule so I really have no idea where I'm at officially. I did weigh myself at home 2 days ago and my scale shows 3 pounds down. I do want to wait until I do the WW scale, so I'll post my update either Thursday or saturday...depends on what day i go to the meeting.
 
Sorry, it has been so crazy around here, one kid with an asthma crisis last week (now on 6 meds), plus life in general.

Here is my latest check-in 219/213/199.

Have felt giving up Atkins bars and extra exercise variety has helped pushed weight loss down.

Congratulations to all of you for working so hard to achieve this goal. My new for the onederland challenge are 224/214/199. Somehow I was able to lose 6lbs this week!! So I am pretty excited as I was able to claim my 20lb clippie yeah!!!! WE CAN do this, we can be in onederland for Christmas.

That's okay Micki. Because like Katholyn always says we don't worry about the past on WISH and that 1.5 lb gain is ALREADY in your past. You are working on the future now and will have that weight and MORE off in no time. Think of the positive --- you are STILL 3.5 pounds lighter since our ONDERland challenge began!:D

Good job on the losses to EVERYONE! And a big 'way to go' to Catherine who has shed 10 pounds on our challenge already! When you reach the OneHundreds milestone please don't run away from us. We will need you on the cheering line to welcome all of us in to ONDERland one by one.

A good week for me--3.25 pounds lost, so my official stats are:

234/227.25/199

Please send good thoughts and PD my way this week. If I can stay cheat free for 9 more days, I will complete the 100 day challenge. I have really focused on sticking with this and it has paid off for me!! BUT I have some challenging situations between me and 100 days CF!! I am going on a trip with DD's high school marching band this weekend, so it will be tough to eat right. (usually they just have the kids eat from the concession stands, so there won't be a lot of good alternatives) and DD's birthday is next week and she wants me to make her no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies instead of a cake. These are a real weakness of mine--let's hope I don't go wild and eat the whole blooming pan!!

I am so proud of all of us!! Whether you have lost, maintained or even gained a bit--you have taken the challenge and are changing your health and your life for the better!!:D Have a great week, everyone!!:D
 
Congratulations on that weight loss, Mowsie! I know you will make that 100 day cheat free challenge. If you got this far, what's a few more days! See if you can pack a few things for that trip that travel well so you won't have to eat the junk. Good luck!
 
I'm a day early on the check-in, but wanted to make sure I got in this time. I've finally gotten my 20 lb. clippie! Hooray!!

I've really been focusing on my weight-loss. I've been exercising almost every day, drinking tons of water and eating healthy. I'm feeling so good. :-) My clothes are getting looser, but I still haven't went down a size, which is kind of depressing, but it's bound to happen sooner or later, right? I hope you guys have had a good week. :-)

My official weigh-in is 224/216/199 :-)

I'm down 3.5 lbs. this week for a total of 8.5 since I started! Feeling really good!

I lost one pound this week, so I'm at 228/220/199. I hope to claim my next clippie next week. :)

After a 4 week stall and bouncing back and forth between the last 2 pounds I am on my way and the 20 pound clippie is now mine!

Officially now: 227/221.5/219 so, a 2.5 pound loss this week! That's over my 'goal' of 2 pounds a week till Christmas. WhooHoo! Added a little more fat in the form of cream cheese or whipped cream each day and that seemed to punch me back up to losing again.

Watch out Onederlanders, I'm on a roll!
