I agree. Then have a space for the 3-4 year olds. And as long as they have spaces for all ages then they wouldn’t have to notify us beforehand. Especially if they are watching the current outbreaks to decide if they will.
Or at least group the 3-4 yo in the same pod. With the change in vaccine status for the rest they may be able to even have more kids at a time?
If symptoms develop during the cruise they will test. .And on cruises 5+ nights they are testing all unvaccinated passengers the day prior to debarkation. And I believe CMs are testing regularly - maybe daily, I don’t recall.
