Love this idea! There's a mediterranean market I found in Vegas once that has that weird string cheese and it's really yummy. Hmmmm. Might have to make/bring this other weird mediterranean thing that is so yummy--can't remember the name right now.

No, they are really good. My best gays made them for me the first time and I wasn't sure about them. But I ate them and loved them.
