Thanks everyone! We are still just talking, but if we can at least move to a place where things are available even if we have to pay will be wonderful. I know many places are short on the budget, and honestly don't expect the govenment to give us everything. It's just that our options are so limited here. Honestly, by the time we'd move, and get settled, we will be past the early intervention stage, and in the school system. So, that's where I need to focus my research, and have been doing that. Also looking at the medical facilities and the programs offered through them, and that's what's leading us to CA.
Heather, UCSD is supposed to have a great clinical program, too. There are a number of private agencies here that provide all sorts of therapies. Might be worth looking into this area, too.

. Now she won't match me unless we were going somewhere she didn't know anyone. So I got a good 10 years of matching with her.
