OKW to Celebration

Could someone kindly give me directions from OKW to Celebration? I vaguely remember some WDW road deadending in Celebration, but I can't find it on the WDW Transportation Guide. Thanks!

I can't tell you the exits and everything, but if I were going from OKw I would leave OKW and follow the I-4 signs and get on I-4 toward Tampa and go a few miles and there will be an exit for Celebration. Never been there but have seen the signs.

It is about ten minutes from WDW. As I recall, it is the next exit beyond WDW exits. Very clearly marked.

I could get there but I can't tell you how.

So, I plugged it into Mapquest. They also suggest getting onto I-4 West toward Tampa and then:

Merge onto W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY/ US-192 E/ W VINE ST via exit number 64A toward CELEBRATION/ KISSIMMEE.

The road into Celebration proper will be on the right off of US-192.

When you leave OKW turn left onto Community Drive. At the first light turn left onto Bonnet Creek Parkway. At the intersection with East Buena Vista Drive turn right. You will go past the Caribbean Beach Resort and the Boardwalk and then turn south on World Drive. There is a partial cloverleaf intersection and the sign will probably say "TO US 192". Drive south and then exit onto US 192 eastbound. This is the main highway into Kissimmee and is also called West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. After you go under the underpass for I-4, you will turn right at the second traffic light onto Celebration Avenue. This will take you right into downtown Celebration.

There are several other routes as well, but I think this is the shortest one. There are several nice places to eat downtown and it is fun to stroll around the downtown and along the lake. Have a good time.

I hear that the Celebration Hotel is quite nice as well. The downtown area is very well designed. It is off of US192.

My 19 year old daughter would tell you that the Celebration Hospital is very nice too! She went to WDW last week with two of her girlfriends to celebrate her birthday and one of the girls became extremely ill and spent most of the vacation in Celebration Hospital. My daughter works part-time at our local hospital and is about to start radiology school at a hospital in downtown Atlanta, and she told me that this was the nicest hospital she has ever seen! I just hope none of us ever have to spend any time there in the future!

When you leave OKW take a left after the guard house, then a left onto the main road.

At the second set of lights take a right. When you come to the WDW fire station lights take a left onto Victory Rd. Follow this to the end.

Take a left at the end (WWoS straight ahead) and follow signs to Kissimee. At the 2nd set of lights take a right at the Gaylord HOtel. Follow straight to another set of lights at Walgreens. Take a right and follow to another set of lights and take a left into Celebration.

We drove around there a few weeks ago.....nice quaint community. And we have also had to visit the hospital there in the past with my youngest DD, it is nice.

If I remember correctly, Get on Buena Vista Drive towards the All Star resorts. Take the main entry/exit to/from WDW you should pass the big signs about disney(tower of terror, Mickey saying "see you real soon") follow signs to Celebration and it will deadend, make a left and it will follow around to downtown celebration. I think of this as the fast back way to celebration. You don't need to go on US192.
