Do they still have the character Caravan at the resorts or has the Maghic Hour replaced that?

The character caravan ended when Extra Magic Hour started. I also think there is a special opening ceremony every morning at MK that is loaded with characters. Hopefully someone else will come along with more info

No more character caravan. There is now Early Entry, which is the same as Surprise mornings, Extra Magical Hour, etc
