Okay to have iPhone in a zip top passport holder on rides?

I found an old passport holder that is like a lanyard that is big enough to hold my iPhone. Will they let me on rides with it, or will I still have to find a locker?

I still think you will not be able to have a phone in any way, shape or form on the three rides with metal detectors (RRR, Hulk, Dragons). You can probably get by on the other locker rides like MIB, since they will let you have things in your pockets as well.

You can take a full-sized backpack on rides if you want to.

You can also take a 3 person tent, picnic table, and food for 5 days. Only thing not allowed is open fire.



In all seriousness almost all rides will allow an item like a lanyard. But at Hulk, Dragons challenge, and Rip Ride Rockit there is ABSOLUTLEY no items at all allowed. You have to pass through metal detectors too.

Ha! I thought that might have happened. I actually checked to make sure I had not posted on the WDW boards. I spend a lot more time there.

As an update, I decided to buy a waterproof iPhone lanyard at Wal Mart for about $5. It worked great. Held all of the tickets, room keys, express passes, and my driver's license. I wore it on every ride (did not do Hulk, RRR, or DC) and had no issues at all. Worked great. Thanks for your replies.
