OK - Who's already got a VGF reservation?

Just got booked for 7 nights - 1 bedroom villa 12th-19th November. No problem getting a standard view at the 4 month window.

My family will be staying October 27 - 30th in a 2 - bedroom standard view room!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We couldnt be any more excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Cancelled my wait-list for Nov (DGrD9 wanted to stay at AKV again) - so booked a short adults only trip with DH for late Jan. 1 BR std view - studios weren't available - but we will enjoy the extra space. Can't wait to stay in the new DVC and it's the perfect location for adult dining options! We may not even go into a park - just soak up some sun, eat, workout(DH at least) and relax(me).

Just got a VGF standard Studio for 2/15-2/22 at my 7 month window! Booked it online a little after 8AM. So glad I did...by 9:15AM the first day was already booked up for that category. Now I can only hope for good airfare when Southwest opens that up next Monday.

We also just booked 2/15-18 in a SV studio. I had the first 2 nights (a Sat and Sun) booked right at 8am. I called MS at 9:01 to book the last night using one-time points and was on hold for about 5 minutes which was really nerve-racking! I was surprised to see Sat booked up but not the Sun and Monconsidering it's President's Day weekend. Maybe the crowds will be lighter than usual - can always hope!

We will be there Nov 15-18 in a standard view studio. My husband and I are taking a quick trip before our first grandchild arrives I'm really excited. DH knows we are going but doesnt know where we are staying. He has only ever stayed at BCV and doesn't want to stay anywhere else. Our family went in June and I had the first few days booked at BLT before moving to BCV. My husband and daughter pooh poohed the idea and I ended up changing our reservation to all BCV & having to pay cash for one of the nights!! He won't know where we are staying this time until we get in the GF line for DME.

Her hubby wanted to stay at GF and the only thing they could get was a 2 bed. YAY for good friends!! Can't wait to check this place out. What is the official opening date or is there one yet??

Wow, that's awesome. I had no idea I was going to be there for the opening. I hope they do something special. We should be getting there pretty early, our flight should arrive at MCO at 11:20. It's nice to know we shouldn't have to wait for our room to be ready.

Transferred my BWV reservation to GFV-Standard 1 bedroom for 11/23-11/26 this morning online. Had to call MS after to have them reallocate the points that I used so that banked points were used first.
