Don't worry about it - I have 30 days to get DL done!!!! And a crazy busy schedule. Nothing hectic really just a lot going on .... during our slow time.

Yup no Flashing, no Torpedoing, absolutely no fun.

Those garbage cans were just there so I guess I must have taken that picture right after Pirates. Seemed right to end the update like that.

Totally walked by that area, snapped a few pictures and totally did NOT get the Mickey Beignets. I so have to go back if not just for that.


I do believe The Blue Bayou may just be on the dinner list next time. Or lunch and get the Monte Cristo sandwich but I would have to share it with someone.

I knew about the two drops but they are close together, that I did not expect. Would have been nice if they we were further apart. Then you make the trip back up in the boat at the end, that was interesting too.
PoC is a much longer ride in DL.

Signage alerting people of the gap. I vaguely remember an incident where a girl fell in perhaps. Hence the warnings here. Now I may be wrong but I think a similar thing may have happened in the world now so I would not be surprised to see signs there now but my question always is – Why did they wait?

It was funny I did get excited at the Piranhas. Probably more than I should have but not embarrassingly so,

What was also different was that the boat passes the back of the IJ queue. I bet if it was open there may have been a remark or two about that.

Jungle Cruise is fun if you have a good skipper. I think I would remember if this one was great but I don't think he was bad. My guess is a pretty average skipper with a couple of new jokes.

I remember when You just boarded yourself. Now they stand and pretty much help you in. Now the signs because someone still fell in. At some point people need to be able to follow directions

Yup- it is pretty funny because obviously they are on a wheel and they just spin as you approach but hey the backside of water was a bit weak so they added Piranha.

IJ was closed.... I was bummed. All the more reason for a do -over, and hopefully I will get it next year.

I have to say it is so refreshing to see some different things since I have never been to DL. So interesting to hear the differences from WDW.

Love the shopping pics & they seem to have lots of cute & different T shirts. That is my fav souvie & they have lots that I would buy.

How did you like the Matterhorn? It sounds interesting.

It's been so long since I've been there I've forgotten so much!!

Love the differences in the Jungle Cruise. I bet you loved seeing some different stuff than what you are use to.
I know just what you mean by going back to absorb everything, it usually takes me going a couple of times to really take it in.

It's probably why I have a hard time spending money on a deluxe hotel just yet, I'm still in the soaking it in phase when I go to WDW. Gettin there.
