That lady was nuts!!! What is wrong with people....I deal with the public every day in my line of work and nothing really surprises me anymore....makes me nuts, but doesn't surprise me!!!

Yay! Have your carrot cake cookie in my honor. So so so yummy.

Nothing surprises me anymore, it just irritates me more than anything. Maybe I just don't understand people anymore.

I totally agree with you about the patience thing. It's completely absurd. I cannot believe that woman had the audacity the drop the friggen rope herself. That's just beyond annoying.

I was tempted to force him, but I just didn't want to ruin MY vacation. I didn't care so much about his....

I couldn't believe that woman either. People are nuts. Maybe I'm too much of a rule follower, but I would never do something like that.

I now like Disney pizza. I used to hate it. They went through this period in like the early 2000's when it wasn't that good (to me). They were awesome, and then all of a sudden BAM! It sucked. However, I also come from the land of pizza, so it's hard to get me to like it.

I didn't. I was really tempted too, but I didn't end up going there. It wasn't worth the effort there.

Day 7 – Friday November 10, 2011

We had a busy day ahead of us. We had places to see and things to do! No dawdling. I was tempted to wake up and start playing Reveille to scare Chris, but I decided that I was going to be nice. I didn’t want him to be crabby.

We wanted to make it to Animal Kingdom by around 8am. We had a car, so I didn’t think we needed to be out the door earlier than 7:45am, and that’s about the time we were on our way. My timing is great.

We pulled into the Animal Kingdom parking lot by 7:55am. What what! I’m the best. The gates had just opened by the time we made it through the entrance.

Because it was AM EMH, we leisurely strolled over the Expedition Everest. No need to rush like fools. There was no one in the park.

Only a 10 minute wait folks. Can’t go wrong with that.

It really wasn’t 10 minutes, it was more like none. We essentially walked right onto the ride. It was a little nippy this morning, but that’s okay.

Wind + watery eyes + bangs = Crazy face.

WARNING, WARNING! REDNECK RIDE PHOTO APPROACHING!

After this, we started heading over to cheesy land otherwise known as Chester and Hester’s. Chris wanted to go on Primeval Whirl. I hadn’t been on it since the refurb.

It’s definitely not my favorite, but I did notice that it is significantly less jerky and much slower after the refurb. We got on the ride with two older gentlemen, and at first I was a little nervous, because I remembered it being super jerky in the past. They were okay though, but we were just riding the whole time like “that’s it?”

After that, it was time to go over to one of my favorites.

No, it’s not the iguanadon.

Our time rover approached. And do you know who our ride partners were? Yup, the two older gentlemen from Primeval Whirl. I really didn’t want them to think that we were stalking them or something. Because that would be weird. And awkward.

Chris and our new buddies. They both look so absolutely thrilled, don’t they?

After that, Chris and I had accomplished everything that we planned on at AK. And at this point, we were hungry, because we hadn’t eaten anything for breakfast yet, and my stomach was eating itself from the inside.

We hopped in the car and headed to Downtown Disney. Because….

Wolfgang Puck visits on this trip = 3

Yup, we were heading to WPE for breakfast. I had never eaten there for breakfast before, and neither had Chris, so we were kind of excited to try it.

It amazes me how constantly crowded DTD is. I thought for sure because we were showing up around 9ish that it would be easier for us to park. Nope, not easier….still tons of people. We beelined it in, because I was about to start gnawing my arm off in the parking lot.

I ordered….

The breakfast pizza. Oh my goodness, it was divine. I highly recommend this.

This was really yummy too. If you don’t like sweet stuff though, I don’t recommend it. It’s the corn flake crusted French toast. Very tasty for sure.

Bellies full, we headed off to our next destination. I’ll give you a hint….

I love EMH there too. We generally hit only a few things, so it's a great way for us to get everything done in a really short period of time.

I love WPE so much, I could eat there all the time.

You definitely have to get to WPE on your next trip. You will be so happy that you did. This trip, I ate there FOUR times. It was insane. It's so worth the CS credit though, because the food is like table service quality.

I hate parking lots, because the one an only accident I've ever had took place in a parking lot when someone backed right into my car as I was driving by. They make me so nervous, so parking there, I'm such a slow driver because I'm freaked out that someone's going to hit me.

If my memory serves, it was bacon, cheese, egg, tomato, and the sauce was ranch. It was really really good, but wayyyyy too much for one person. It's a sharing dish for sure.

The dino....I don't know. Just looking crazy.

I have ALWAYS wanted to try breakfast at WPE!!! But it just opens so late (yes, I know, 9 am is late for me at Disney!! ) and it seems to mess up any kind of park plan! You guys had a great idea, AK EMH before going. Your pizza and French toast look awesome. I can definitely see DBF loving that French toast!

A great quick morning stop at AK! I did Primeval Whirl two years ago and haven't had the stomach to do it again since! Even with the refurb, I just don't know if I want to.
