**OFFICIAL THREAD**Survivor: Panama

Does anyone else think that Aras has this maniacal, evil look at times? I wouldn't trust that guy at all.

I haven't figured out Cirie's game yet.

Go Terry?

I personally didn't like what he said to Aras. Who's to say who is more important to someone. It's not his place to even justify that IMO.

I've been rooting for Terry, but this turned me off too

I must be the only one who can't stand Terry. Something about him rubs me the wrong way.

I hope Cerie wins. :)

You are not alone. I agree with you on both counts. I also like Aras

I think this Survivor has had wonderful shake ups, especially within an alliance.

I agree. The other tribe just picking them off one by one was so boring. You knew what was going to happen.

Me too! :thumbsup2 I've been tuning in each week to see if Terry will pull through the physical struggles to win immunity or if he will be picked off by the weaker 6 other Casaya members. It's been great rooting for the underdog, who let's face it, is the strongest player we've seen in a looooong time. I love that he's 46 years old and kicking a 24 year old's booty.

Now, after last night's episode, I can totally see the Survivor producers convincing Terry' wife to be on the next Survivor, can't you? They are always pulling stuff like that.

ITA with you! The idol has really shaken things up this time making the other team turn on each other. :) Maybe that will help Terry in the end. I sure hope so!!!

I'm with you. I haven't liked Terry from the beginning (and he's our local boy). I understand he's playing very well, but I think he's cocky and his constant winning is going to hurt him in the end. I picked Cirie to win it from the beginning and I'm sticking with that. I loved her DH and the fact that he seems like a tough guy with a nick name Honey Bunny :)

I got a chance to see Terry at a soccer tournament in CT last weekend. He was there watching his kids play in Glastonbury, CT. I didn't even know he was from Simsbury, CT. He looked good but wasn't giving up any info. ;)

I didn't realize Terry was from CT either !

Terry may be cocky but at least he is backing it up on the field. I always found Shane's cockiness to be way more annoying in that in some ways he like others in his tribe were being carried to the final 6 and didn't have to work for it. Terry should have just kept his mouth shut more, but he is whipping butt in the challenges. His physical dominance also made the other tribe start their back stabbing a little earlier. I just wish we would have gotten to see what Bruce would have done tot he game had he been able to stay. I think after he got knocked out right behind Terry in the "Most annoying etc" challenge he would have teamed up with Terry pretty quick but then Terr would know he couldn't beat the lovable Bruce in the final two so how would the back stabbing begin there (if it would).

I also in Terry's place would have made my choices the way he did for the reward. He of course was going to take his wife. I could have gone either way on the Shane Cirie thing. I think Boston might have had fun at camp...but I think Cirie's husband getting to see how strong his wife really is in this setting was probably a good thing for him and her. The other two would be a toss up. Danielle crossed him so she was easy to send and Terry and Aras just don't seem to like each other so oh well. If Aras had won you know he would have sent Terry to Exile yet again as would probably all of the others. Now Terry should have kept his mouth shut on the reasons other than to maybe bring up that Aras has always been quick to send Terry to the bottom so he should not have expected any more.

::yes:: ITA! DH and I said the same thing last night.

I am still pulling for Terry!! :cheer2:

ITA! None of the others have ever included him in a reward and he would have been sent to exile. I also think thats a big part of Terry's "cockiness". Depsite them wanting to get rid of him so badly and never sharing a reward challenge with him he keeps winning immunity. I would celebrate too.

COOL!!! Did you see his new Tahoe in the parking lot LOL! Funny you saw him at a soccer tournament because when DH & I saw his wife we thought she looked like a "soccer mom" or a mom that actually plays soccer, seeing as she was so fit.

I read all their bios before the show started and thought it would be cool to cheer for him being from CT, but I just can't do it. Same with the Glastonbury family on Amazing Race last year. I tried!

Anyone else amazed at how Cerie went from being the one I was sure was going to get "picked off next" to the one controlling the votes?

I love how she knows when to keep her mouth shut and how smart she's playing to get HER competition eliminated, meaning the ones that can easily be beaten in the final two so that she's the one picked for the final two.

I still like Terry, just wish he was a little more humble.

Terry may not have said it well when he explained his decision to Aras, but 1) he didn't have to any give Aras ANY explanation; 2) Aras has been so outwardly negative to Terry, how could he possibly expect to be included in the reward? and 3) sorry, he's right, a spouse or child trumps the mother card (except in the case of something like Jenna a few seasons back when her mother was dying).

Go Terry! I personally would love to see a Terry - Cerie final. That would be really interesting, I think.

I like Aras, but I don't think he can beat Terry in the final 2. I think Cerie is the only one who has a chance of beating him if others recognize her game playing. In my mind her strategy in playing the game outweighs Terry's physical dominance.

Now if Terry had gotten some members of Casaya to swing over to his side I might be more in Terry's favor of most deserving.

I can see Terry beating out most any of them if he gets to the final two - I hate it that he and Arais are so against each other - they could be SUCH a winning alliance. I don't see any of the tribe voting for Cerie at the final vote - it's live voting - they've seen the same tv series we have - seen her lie straight to your face, while being the motherly-caring type. I loved her husband at camp - they made him do all the work! I wish when he and Aras were having their conversation about who he picked and why, he had asked Cerie if she'd rather have her mom or her spouse there. She would have been squirming!

As far as Terry's cockiness - ever met a pilot? He fits the stereotype perfectly!

I think he deverves to win - considering all odds were against him from the beginning.

Oh! He does need to win immunity next week - then HIS vote can determine the final 3 - he can vote for Aras, then give the idol to whomever the others vote off, making his vote the deciding one. Hmmm... just thought of that!

Did they change something this season? In seasons past they've always voted while still on the island. Only waiting to read the votes back in the states on live tv. I can't imagine them changing it. It really wouldn't be fair to have all the private interview spots if the jurors could see it before voting.
