I will not rationale the comment that you made.

People who pretend to be nice, cute, respectful and then do the exact opposite when your back is turned is not a trustworthy or worthy person. I think a lot of people gave Cirie much clout and it may not be deserving to her. She could not win or even much participate in many of the challanges (I remember Shane and Aras pushing Cirie through a lot of stuff). I do give her credit for winning the non-physical reward challenge.

Cirie got more than she deserved - 4th place is farther than even she thought she would go. I think if she won, most of the Survivor watchers would have disagreed with the results; just as they did with Jennifer M, Tina and Vesepa.

I'm not saying you aren't a nice person. It's just that talking behind someone's back is human nature. If I am treated unfairly at work by someone, you better believe I will come home and vent to my boyfriend about it.

Everyone on that Island talked behind each others backs. Not sure why you are singling Cirie out. It seemed like just about everyone geniunely liked her on the reunion show and that was AFTER they had seen the show. So they still held a high opinion of her. Not to mention that the Viewers chose her to win the Yukon. So I highly doubt they would be dissapointed if she had won.

Sorry, Laurajean. You and I often agree, but I have to say that her comment was witty and on-the-mark. Not that you're a bad person -- rather that you're NOT, because saying bad things about people doesn't make you a bad person.

Pretending is part of the game of Survivor. Anyone who doesn't pretend doesn't deserve to win, just like an actor in a movie who doesn't pretend doesn't deserve to win an Oscar.

I think Cirie just played the game to the best of her abilities....it was obvious she wasnt gonna win the physical challenges...She knew that, all the survivors knew that, we knew that...So what does she do she plays the friend game with everyone out there and it got her to the final 4...everyone liked her and the show made her likeable....so in that aspect she played the game to her abilities....I think each of the other 3 knew they were not gonna win against her and got rid of her....if she makes the final 2 its probably a unaminous vote for her.....So I think she played a great game and became very popular doing it....as far as talking behind someones back you cant really judge a persons character by how they act on this show....it will make the best of people doing do things they wouldnt normally do....
