Thanks for the heads up about ESPN weekend...I'm sure I had seen that somewhere but tentatively planned MGM for the 2nd - Not a good idea!! We will save that for last, hopefully missing some of the crowd.

BTW, for those that have been in March, do they have the Easter Bunny anywhere like DTD? I know Santa is there in Dec. but wanted to know if EB would be there in March? Thanks!

Thanks Disfan3. I can't wait to be at the Poly. The peak rate was sickening to me, so I have tried not to think about it. Since the AP discount came out, we have decided to upgrade to one AP. It will save us about $700, so I feel a little better about a $318/night as oppossed to $449/night.

I am a teacher also, so I will definitely be ready for spring break. Then, as you know, when you return, it will just be a few weeks until the long Easter weekend; then after that, it's all downhill for us

That is a great rate for peak and the Poly!! Cheaper than our value season room at the Poly if that makes you feel any better...we paid rack rate. But got free dining!! We went end of August before school started here. My first day back at work, I missed!! We got stuck in ATL due to severe weather!!! I had some emergeny days to use and thankfully I did not need a sub!! The Poly is perfect. You will love it

Just finished paying on our reservations today!!!
We leave in a little over two months.
Today my youngest son told me that it is taking WAY to long to go meet Buzz Lightyear.
OH how I agree, this is going to be the LONGEST two months of my life!!!!

We are driving 14 hours to get there on Monday, March 5th. It's my DS spring break and this will be our 5th visit to WDW. We are bringing his girlfriend (Shanna) and it will be her very first time. We will be celebrating her birthday and my and DH 26th wedding anniversary. Anniversary will take a backseat for her birthday. We will be staying at POP and I have arranged for a birthday cake for her one night at dinner. She will be so surprised and she is so excited. I was told to stop at customer service and get her a button to wear. Any other birthday ideas? We are also going to the Yankees and Braves ballgame. We will only be there 3 full days and I am having a hard time deciding on what she must see in that short amount of time. It's been a while since I have been on the boards, but I guess Soarin is gone now because I didn't see it on the disney website. I just hope the weather is good and she has a perfectly magical time.

Can't wait! Praying for good weather. We have MYW with no expiration and 4 days plus I think 8 perks left over from last year!

Last year we went Jan 13-16, It was really cold one day! It was kid's first trip, and mine and DH first return in over 20 years. We had a great time anyway, but didn't do any waterparks or "wet" rides till the last day when we braved Kali River.

We were there for daughter's 7th birthday last year, this year we'll be there right after DH birthday, will probably have to get a button at least once!

We're meeting my parents there this year, it will be a different trip, not forced march of last year. They're in late 60s and pretty mobile but not quick anymore.

We're a little worried about MGM and ESPN weekend, we're still planning to try it on March 3rd for morning EMH, hopefully can do Rockin-Roller and Star Tours and TOT and be done before the crowds ramp up (am I dreaming?). That's the only park we missed last year, so my kids (8 and 11) are dying to see it this year. That's the one park my parents have no interest in so we can go on a somewhat crowded day and do a blitz if necessary.

My 2 teen boys and I will be at POP 3/10- 3/17 for spring break. Un disney Dad is staying home.

Another one who can't wait until March!! we'll be there the 24 to the 31st. Can't get here fast enough!!

We will be going the same time! We haven't been for 6 years, so we are really excited!!!

Woo!! March 10-17 for us!! We'll be at POFQ for the 2nd time. We're also going to be scouting out the wedding sites there, so I'm psyched!!!

We will be there on our Disneymoon March 18th-26th at POFQ and as an added surprise to all of our wedding planning I found out that is was PG so a disneymoon and 32 weeks PG and to top it all off it's my DF's first visit to the world!!

Hey! For everyone that will be there on March 6, I believe this is the day that the Peter Pan DVD is released. Does anyone know if there is any type of special merchandise (i.e. pins, etc.) when a new DVD is released? I am definitely buying it while we're there so we can watch it on the way home.

We will be there March 15-24th!! First 7 days at Windsor Hills and last 2 at Poly! So excited, this is our 3rd trip in a year (should've bought annual passes!).

We are going March 20-27 at SSR!! It's a surprise trip for my DD's!! They are going to flip!! It's their 5th trip and we told them it would be awhile before we could go back because we wanted their younger brother to be "a little bigger". Well, he will be a little bigger.....he grows everyday, right?
